I hope you have made some time for yourself after the busy holiday season. It is an important time to reflect on where you want to direct your energy for this new year.
If you haven't yet had time to sit with yourself, you are in luck! With the new moon on January 11th, 2024, the planetary alignment supports setting intentions for the year ahead. It is time to dive into what you would like to take responsibility for by committing to yourself in whatever form that looks like for you. It’s also a good time to lean into what will help break you out of any ruts – even if that means trying something new.
Think about the supportive tools that can help you and leave any doubts behind. Look inside yourself for discovery and trust the process. Can you envision what's coming your way in 2024 with an open mind, heart, and spirit?
At first, when I was contemplating the new year for myself, I felt like I could not hear what my inner voice had to say. I felt drawn to go to my sanctuary in nature and sit by the rushing water at McConnell Mills State Park in Pennsylvania. I felt so inspired by the sacred space I found by the water that I wanted to share a video with all of you:
My intention is to help plant a seed of curiosity for you to find your own sacred space. Think of your space where your energy feels most grounded and connected. I hope that you can quiet the surrounding distractions for just a moment so you can hear your own voice. May you be able to ground into your own temple while the winds of change continue to bring forth the shifts you need.
If you feel like you need support in gaining clarity, I am here to help! I am honored to hold space for you to bring attention to your body, mind, and spirit. I am passionate about helping others reconnect with themselves and nature. If you would like more information on this please visit my website, where you can learn about the healing modalites I practice. New Year's Blessings,
