I discovered the benefits of therapeutic massage about ten years ago and have been receiving a massage twice a month since then. My main complaint/target area is mid thoracic pain due to degenerative issues. The pain has plagued me most of my adult life. I would experience a two or three day relief from the pain after massage. That was until I met with Ms. Pontius. She taught me healing begins from the inside and she introduced several techniques for my self healing. The self healing combined with her mixed bag of therapeutic massage techniques slowly brought me back to functionality. Nothing short of a miracle, continued concentrated therapy has me now living “back pain free” for the first time in a long time! I am very grateful to have found her and we continue to concentrate on other problem areas hopefully with equal success. Highly recommended for a full mind and body relaxation massage!

The individualized scans and programs have an uncanny ability to recognize and treat what is most bothersome to a person’s health. For me personally, it has been beneficial for my mental well-being. Using the Healy programs seems to allow me to return to a state of emotional and mental homeostasis, and deal with any issues I am tackling at the time. I would definitely suggest incorporating the Healy into any sessions to allow optimal treatment of mind and body.
